55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 75% collapse of the vertebral body, as determined by lateral plain radiographs; 2. OVCFs at only single level; 3. VAS for back pain is more than 5 scores; 4. Trauma history is less than 2 weeks; 5. T score of bone mineral density(BMC) determined by dual energy x-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) is less than <-2.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe comorbid disease that can lead to intolerance of the surgery; 2. History of incurable bleeding disorders; 3. History of systemic or local spine infections; 4. Vertebral compression fracture due to osteolytic tumor; 5. Manifestation of spinal cord or nerve root compression; 6. The patient was over 85 years old.
