Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CTU, IVU, or retrograde pyelography confirmed benign ureteral stenosis or atresia with a length = 90g/L; (2) white blood cells 412* 10^9/L, neutrophils = 100 * 10^ 9/L; (4) Serum potassium 3.5-5.5mmol/L; (5) Liver function indicators: ALT, AST= 30g/L; 6. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital anatomical abnormalities such as horseshoe kidney, repeated kidney ureter malformation, heterotopic kidney; (2) Anatomical or functional solitary kidney; (3) Patients with active urinary tract infection; (4) Urethra Stenosis or bladder neck contracture; (5) Severe hematuria may affect the endoscopic vision; (6) Pregnant women; (7) Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; (8) Abnormal blood coagulation or long-term oral anticoagulation or antiplatelet drugs before surgery Those who cannot stop the drug for 2 weeks.
