Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal patients accepting right ventricular decompression in the treatment of PA-IVS or CPS in Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, the 2nd Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, the Children's Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital or Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2000 to December 2021; 2. Patients are diagnosed by echocardiography with PA-IVS or CPS with mild to moderate right ventricular dysplasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient received right ventricular decompression treatment over 28 days after birth; 2. Those with limited data.
