Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is 18~70 years old 2. Known thyroid nodules or thyroid cancer risk factors Risk factors for thyroid cancer (2012 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of thyroid nodule and differentiated thyroid cancer): (1) History of head and neck radiation exposure or fallout exposure in childhood; (2) History of systemic radiotherapy; (3) Previous or family history of DTC, medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine adenomatosis type 2 (MEN2), familial polyposis, and certain thyroid cancer syndromes (such as Cowden syndrome, Carney syndrome, Werner syndrome, Gardner syndrome, etc.); (4) Men; (5) Nodules grow rapidly; (6) Accompanied by persistent hoarseness and difficulty in pronunciation, and can exclude lesions on the vocal cords (inflammation, polyps, etc.); (7) With difficulty in swallowing or breathing; (8) nodules irregular shape, with the surrounding tissue adhesion fixed; (9) With pathologic enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. 3. Volunteer to participate in this study to provide complete general information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other autoimmune diseases, tumors and other chronic diseases; 2. Women during pregnancy; 3. People with mental disorders; 4. Perennial bedridden disabled persons; 5. Those who cannot complete screening or intervention for other reasons.
