Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Grade II II AV block and grade III AV block with symptomatic grade III AV block, per the 2018 ESC guidelines. (2) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II or III with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >= 40% on cardiac ultrasound. (3) ECG suggesting a self QRS wave width of <=130ms. (4) Aged over 18 and under 80 years. (5) The place of residence is relatively stable and follow-up requirements can be met for the duration of the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraventricular conduction block or bundle branch block. (2) Patients with right ventricular mechanical valves. (3) Patients with or awaiting a heart transplant. (4) Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. (5) Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. (6) Life expectancy of less than one year. (7) have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of this study.
