Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease proposed by K/DOQI, renal damage or glomerular filtration rate < 60ml/min/1.73m for more than 3 months. 2. The age is between 18 and 70 years old, regardless of gender. 3. Be able to understand the whole process of the experiment, participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other serious primary diseases. 2. patients with polycystic kidney, acute renal damage, renal calculi and renal artery stenosis, complicated with severe infection of urinary system and history of venereal disease with urinary tract obstruction. 3. the laboratory indexes of recent examination included abnormal liver function, severe anemia, severe dyslipidemia and so on. 4. complicated with serious complications of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, unwilling collaborators and psychotic patients. 5. take other anti-fibrosis drugs or blood-activating drugs 6 months before selection. 6. long-term heavy drinking, pregnant and lactating women and those who may be allergic to this drug. 7. patients with a history of various tumor diseases such as liver cancer, renal cell carcinoma, etc. 8. have received antiviral treatment in the past or used immunomodulators within half a year. 9. there are contraindications in magnetic resonance examination.
