Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18 years or older who develop urinary retention after vaginal delivery; 2. PUR occurred 6 ~ 12 hours after delivery; 3. The patient still fails to urinate after conservative treatment such as induced urination, hot compress, bladder massage or neostigmine injection; 4. Those who sign informed consent and wish to be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum hemorrhage, preeclampsia and other diseases require indwelling catheter; 2. Postpartum body deficiency can not get up to relieve urine.
