Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They were 18-80 years old; 2) The patients underwent the first posterior screw rod fixation and signed the informed consent; 3) The number of operative vertebrae was 2 or 3 segments; 4) CT images that can achieve 3D modeling in our hospital can also be directly used if the CT images taken in our hospital meet the modeling requirements; 5) Be able to understand and voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy (urine pregnancy test positive), lactation women; 2) It is not suitable for patients with traditional posterior spinal screw rod fixation; 3) Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial (such as patients with mental or emotional problems, patients with hearing, reading and writing disorders, patients' family members oppose, patients have high treatment expectations, patients ask for excessive financial subsidies, etc.).
