40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It also meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for acute ischemic stroke and TCM apoplexy and the diagnostic criteria of TCM for spleen deficiency syndrome; (2) Diagnosed by head MRI; (3) Within 7 days of onset (= 40 years old; and = 7; (6) First onset or history of stroke but no severe disability (mRS score <= 1); (7) Join the trial voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) CT or MRI prompts: cerebral infarction combined with cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumor; (2) Patients with intravenous thrombolysis or intravascular interventional therapy; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Patients with mental illness and those who cannot obtain reliable medical history data from their families; (5) Pregnant or lactating women.
