18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as advanced gastric tumor (Grade IV, AJCC 8th edition; Bowman I/II/III), with no chance of surgery; 2. Aged >18 and 3 months; 5. Normal heart, lung, liver and renal function; 6. Blood routine examination: Hgb >= 70g/L, ANC >= 1.5 x 10^9/L, PLT >= 80 x 10^9/L; 7. Coagulation function: PT and APPT 92%; 8. Pregnancy tests for women of childbearing age must be negative; 9. ECOG value <= 2; 10. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who plan to have a pregnancy in six months; 2. With infectious disease (HIV, PRP, active tuberculosis); 3. With active hepatitis B or C infecion; 4. With other primary malignant tumor; 5. Participating in ther clinical trial within one month; 6. Taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs within one week ; 7. Existing other situations which doctors consider not suitable for the study.
