Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylotic myelopathy. 2. Patients who voluntarily received surgical treatment or conservative treatment. 3. Patients who have signed informed consent to enter the study. 4. It is suitable for patients with multi-level cervical spondylotic myelopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A woman who is breast-feeding or is preparing for pregnancy; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and psychosis; 3. Mentally or legally disabled persons; 4. Suspected history of alcohol and drug abuse, or according to judgment, have the possibility of reducing the possibility of enrollment; 5. Subjects who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs.
