Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy who are permanent residents of Shanghai, establish card at 8-14 GA and plan to and give birth in Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Health Hospital. The women have the indication of crown-rump length (CRL) during early pregnancy and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious maternal complications, singleton pregnancy after the death/feticide in multiple pregnancy; the gestational age is not clear, and there is no early pregnancy ultrasound information, which means the gestational week cannot be verified
