Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18~80 years; 2) Adenocarcinoma confirmed by colonoscopic biopsy; 3) No metastasis confirmed by CT or PET-CT; 4) No swelling of central group lymph nodes confirmed by pre-operative CT; 5) Willing to undergo laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients combined with severe intestinal obstruction, perforation, etc. requiring emergency surgery; 2. not suitable for Laparoscopic surgeries (e.g. extensive adhesion from former abdominal surgeries; not suitable for pneumoperitoneum for any reason); 3. women during Pregnancy or breast feeding period; 4. people with serious psychopathic diseases; 5. people unable to tolerate operation with serious emphysema, interstitial pneumonia, ischemic heart disease, etc.; 6. people in continous systemic steroids therapies in 1 month; 7. the patient or family menbers are not able to understand the conditions and target of the research.
