Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elderly patients with hip fracture who receive elective surgical treatment; 2) Aged 65 years and above; 3) ASA I ~ III; 4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cmpound injury: multiple fractures, combined with trauma of the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis and other parts other than the hip; 2) Contraindications for lumbar plexus block: puncture site infection, peripheral neuropathy, local anesthetic allergy, etc.; 3) Co-existing neurological diseases: alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and other diseases that affect the cognitive function of patients; 4)MMSE < 24; 5) Unable to communicate normally, language communication barrier, illiterate and illiterate; 6) There is an allergy to the test drug; 7) Have participated in other clinical trials.
