Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years and = 50 * 10^9/L; 13. Future liver function can be adequately compensated (according to the University of Tokyo's evaluation criteria of preoperative liver function for liver resection); 14. The capability to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Macroscxopic tumor embolism: portal vein cancer embolism, bile duct cancer embolism, hepatic vein cancer embolism; 2. Multiple metastases in the liver or unclear tumor borders; 3. Exhepatic metastases; 4. Tumor is less than 1 cm from the inferior vena cava or major hepatic veins to be preserved (or tumor cannot be radically resected); 5. Rupture or hemorrhage of the liver cancer; 6. Bearing other malignant tumors within 5 years; 7. Inability to undergo general anesthesia or surgery due to other systemic organ conditions; 8. Unstable angina, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease, or serious mental illness within 6 months; 9. Severe uncontrolled recurrent infection, or other severe uncontrolled concomitant disease; 10. Continuous systemic steroid therapy or immunosuppressive therapy; 11. Pregnancy or lactation.
