Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) immature permanent teeth with single root canal. 2) no need for crown restoration in a short term.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The root of the tooth is almost complete, and the diameter of the apical hole is less than 1mm. 2) Root fracture. 3) Patients with a heavy history of drug allergy. 4) Patients with a pacemaker who cannot undergo the pulp vitality test. 5) Patients who are unwilling to undergo X-ray examination due to birth planning or other reasons during the observation period. 6) Poor nutritional condition (serum albumin concentration <2 g/dL). 7) Other systemic disease History of hereditary disease. 8) The oral hygiene maintenance is not well done, and the follow-up cannot be conducted in time during the observation period.
