18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stage I-IIB: Patients with resectable lung cancer; (2) Surgery tpye is video-assited thoracic surgery, including wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy; (3) Patients with good compliance and no physical disturbance; (4) Aged 75 to 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative induced chemoradiotherapy; (2) History of ipsilateral lung surgery; (3) Surgery time >= 3 hour; (4) Preoperative severe complications; (5) Can't tolerate surgery; (6) Severe pleural adhesion, tumor invasion; (7) More than two wedge resection; (8) Conversions to thoracotomy; (9) Pneumonectomy; (10)postoperative continuously bleeding; (11) ICU adimisson.
