Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Those who met the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis, thoracolumbar compression fracture and constipation; b. Patients with age >= 50 years old and <= 80 years old, with clear consciousness, can cooperate with clinical data collection; c. Patients who had undergone thoracolumbar fracture surgery within one week after fracture; d. If the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine is in accordance with the syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation of fracture disease, the affected area is painful, and the tongue is dark purple or has ecchymosis, the pulse is stringy and astringent; e. Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent to enter the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Combined with spinal cord or other organ injury; b. Patients with a long history of abdominal distension and constipation before injury; c. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental diseases; d. Pathological fracture is caused by primary bone tumor, metastatic bone tumor, infection or abnormal endocrine metabolism; e. Menstrual women, pregnant or ready to be pregnant women, lactating women; f. Patients with diabetes mellitus and galactosemia.
