Esmolol continuous treatment group:Esmolol continuous titration treatment until the patient discharged/died/transferred out of ICU

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) In accordance with SCCM and ESICM issued sepsis 3.0 definition and diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of septic shock: sepsis with blood pressure, after appropriate volume resuscitation, still need vasopressors to maintain MAP >= 65 mmHg and serum lactic acid level > 2 mmol/L. 2) HR > 100 bpm after 24 hours standard treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aged < 18 years; 2) Acute left heart failure or chronic heart failure, NYHA cardiac function class III and above; 3) After appropriate volume resuscitation, CI<2.0 L/min/m2; 4) Long-term use of beta blockers; 5) With severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), atrioventricular block II degrees or more; 6) Pregnant women; 7) Refuse to participate in this study.
