Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The first diagnosis must meet Various maxillofacial deformities and defects caused by hard tissue defects; 2) Aged 16 to 50 years old; 3) Good health, no previous systemic disease;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Local hormone therapy within 3 months; 2) Blood disease or bleeding tendency; 3) Drug addiction (including drugs, anesthetic, and alcohol addiction); 4) Allergic cicatricial physical or physical persons; 5) Infected with contagious virus; 6) Fever, colds or other symptoms of infection for nearly a month; 7) Women in pregnancy or lactation, or plan to get pregnant within one year after initial registration; 8) Psychological disorder, cannot coordinate with treatment.
