Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Lung transplantation ,male and female; 2) No age restriction; 3) Without any other organ transplant , the donor source is the DCD donor; 4) No resistance and tolerance during the use of tacrolimus, 5) Good compliance 6) Fully understand the purpose of this study and the possible adverse reactions, voluntarily participate in and sign the signatory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)The occurrence of intolerable adverse reactions; 2) Combined organ transplantation; 3) Can not be given tacrolimus orally; 4) Any form of substance abuse or mental illness; 5) Those who did not follow the study plan during the study (poor compliance).
