18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Over 18 years old and in good health; b) Single implant fixed restoration in posterior maxillary region; c) 3 mm <= maxillary sinus floor bone height <= 6 mm; e) Complete dentition of the opposite teeth (natural teeth or removable denture); f) There were no systemic diseases and contraindications of local planting g) Voluntary participation in the study and signing informed consent form can comply with the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Uncontrolled diabetes or other systemic diseases; b) Uncontrolled periodontal disease; c) Patients with severe smoking (>= 10 cigarettes / day); d) Bone mass is not enough to obtain initial stability; e) Implant implantation or bone grafting was performed at the site to be implanted.
