Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DM patients diagnosed according to Bohan/Peter's PM/DM classification criteria (Table 1); 2. Positive for MDA5 antibodies; 3. The study group identified at least one of the following skin manifestations: facial seborrheic dermatitis rash, microvascular morphological changes of fingernail wrinkles, Gottron syndrome/papules and reverse Gottron syndrome/papules, mechanic hands, skin ulcers and alopecia; 4. According to the medical history, physical examination, blood test, lung function, imaging and pathological examination, there is no confirmed ILD/RP-ILD; 5. Aged > 18 years; 6. The relevant medical data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, lung diseases, other autoimmune diseases. 2. Patients who can not successfully complete the venous blood, chest HRCT and lung function. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Patients who give up active treatment during hospitalization.
