Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes meets the criteria of CDS in 2013. 3. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetic kidney disease conforms to the clinical guidelines for the prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease in China in 2019. 4. For those with poor blood sugar control in the original hypoglycemic regimen, HbA1c was 7-9%. 5. The proportion of male and female (non-pregnant, follicular phase in menstrual cycle) is balanced. 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ketosis prone; 2. Inhibitors of DPP-4 enzyme or SGLT2 in the original hypoglycemic regimen; 3. Application of NSAID drugs; 4. Obesity surgery; 5. Risk of dehydration or hypotension; 6. Recurrent urinary or reproductive tract infections in the past; 7. Contraindications of MRI examination (stents or other metal implants, claustrophobia); 8. Pregnancy; 9. Persistent hypertension (systolic pressure > 150 mmHg, diastolic pressure > 95 mmHg); 10. Those who may be allergic to englibene or liglistine, or who may be contraindicated by englibene or liglistine; 11. Participants in other clinical trials during the same period.
