Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy pathologically diagnosed as osteosarcoma; 2. Ennecking staging of osteosarcoma is II and III; 3. Without chemotherapy, other tumor-related drugs and surgical treatment; 4. Those who agree to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgical treatment, postoperative chemotherapy and follow-up; 5. Aged 5-30 years, no gender limit; 6. The expected survival period is greater than 12 months; 7. I or the parents of minor patients voluntarily participate in the research of this project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of other malignant tumors; 2. Existence of infectious diseases, including but not limited to HIV infection, active HBV or HCV infection; 3. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency and hematopoietic system insufficiency; 4. Have received live vaccines within 30 days before randomization, including but not limited to mumps, rubella, measles, shingles (chickenpox), yellow fever, rabies, BCG and typhoid vaccines; 5. According to the judgment of the investigator, the subject may confuse the experimental results and interfere with the subjects participation in the whole process.
