Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Names of one-lung ventilation patients with thoracic surgeries, ASA I - II level, aged 60 ~ 75 years. 2. No history of pulmonary infection, chest and abdomen deformity, cardiovascular disease in the compensatory stage, pulmonary fibrosis, 3. Preoperative pulmonary function examination: MVV measured/predicted value > 70%. The percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity (FEV1) measured/predicted value > 60%. 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmia; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;There is a clotting disorder; 3. There are absolute and relative contraindications of esophageal ultrasound (esophageal varices, esophageal stricture, esophageal diverticulum or esophageal cancer); 4. A history of esophageal surgery or mediastinal radiotherapy; 5. Preoperative use may affect hemodynamics and other unauthorized drugs; 6. Esophageal ultrasonic probe placement failed; 7. Intraoperative accidents (including hemodynamic disorders).
