Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to toast classification, there were 200 patients with large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction; 2. 200 patients with neurodegenerative diseases (primary Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease); 3. 400 normal controls matched with the age, gender and living habits of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who took oral antibiotics, wore dentures and lacked more than 8 teeth within one month.
