Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age range is from 18 to 90 years old; 2) There were more than 2 multiple pulmonary nodules, including one or both sides; 3) Solid nodules >= 6 mm or sub solid nodules >= 8 mm and no significant regression was observed in 3 months; 4) The main organ function of the patient was good and could tolerate the operation; 5) They voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) It was clear that the lesions were benign and did not need surgical intervention for the time being; 2) The patient has received surgical treatment or anti-tumor treatment for pulmonary nodules; 3) Patients with acute cardiovascular diseases, such as unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency, serious arrhythmia, aortic aneurysm, etc.; 4) Those who are allergic to narcotic drugs can not be replaced by other drugs; 5) Severe bleeding tendency and coagulation mechanism disorder; 6) Patients with other serious diseases.
