Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, both gender. 2. ECOG:0-1 score. 3. Expected survival time > 6 months. 4. Pathological confirmed colon cancer or rectal cancer. 5. Measurable metastatic lesion. 6. CT,MRI,or PET-CT confirmed metastasis. 7. MDT confirmed unresectable metastasis lesion. 8. No evidence of obstruction, bleeding, perforation. 9. WBC >= 4.0 * 10^9/L, Neu >= 2.0 * 10^9/L, PLT >= 100 * 10^9/L ,TBIL < 1.0 * ULN AST < 2.5 * ULN, ALT < 2.5 * ULN , SCR < 1.5ULN. 10. No history of chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal perforation, bleeding and obstruction requiring operation. 2. Multipleprimary coloreetal carcinoma. 3. Peritoneal metastasis. 4. Uncontrollable Pleural fluid. 5. History of other malignant tumor in 5 years. 6. Brain metastasis. 7. Pregnant or lactating women or women of childbearing age who refuse to accept contraception. 8. Drug addiction. 9. Severe heart, liver, kidney damage or other serious uncontrolled medical illness or acute infection, cachexia.
