Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 0-2 years with chromosomes 46 and XY, who need to be treated by staged surgery for severe hyperspadias with skin graft, with informed consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with DSD (abnormal sexual development), combined with other abnormal external genitalia.
