Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of 2016 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma. 3. Severe asthma: patients who have been treated with GINA Grade 4-5 treatment, but still cannot achieve disease control;Or patients who are able to maintain treatment but are prone to uncontrolled or acute exacerbations once the treatment is degraded. 4. Non-severe asthma: patients who can achieve disease control by using GINA Grade 1-3 treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With other chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, chronic pulmonary abscess, pneumoconiosis, etc.; 2. There was lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. Severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; Uncontrolled high blood pressure; Active tuberculosis;Disease of hoofed tissue; Patients with organ transplantation, immunosuppression and HIV infection; Other serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
