Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age ranged from 18 to 75 years old; (2) New lesions were found after surgical resection of GGO lesions; (3) Imaging examination (CT / PET-CT) diagnosed the new lesions as GGO lesions (8mm < lesion diameter = 3cm), and highly suspected of malignancy; (4) The possibility of malignant transformation was confirmed by biopsy; (5) The patients were not suitable for surgical treatment after multidisciplinary evaluation, or they were not willing to receive surgical treatment again; (6) No bleeding tendency, normal coagulation function or coagulation dysfunction can be corrected after treatment; (7) Patients and /or family members agreed to join the clinical trial and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with uncorrectable coagulation dysfunction and obvious abnormal hemogram with obvious bleeding tendency; (2) ECOG physical fitness score > 2; (3) Patients with new GGO lesions had received other treatment before, or had regional lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (4) The biopsy results showed that it was benign; (5) The compliance of patients was poor; (6) Severe heart, lung, kidney, brain and other important organ diseases.
