Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 16~85 years old; 2. Consistent with the diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm rupture hemorrhage; 3. From onset to emergency treatment & LT;12 hours. 4. Upon admission, complete blood and imaging examination and relevant preparation before surgery were performed; 5. Receive surgical treatment within 12 hours of emergency visit; 6. Those transferred to ICU for further treatment after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Cerebral tumor apoplexy; 3. Patients without surgical indications; 4. The patient was admitted with dilated dilated pupil, no spontaneous breathing, unstable blood pressure and other symptoms, and expected life support < 72 hours. A definite history of liver cirrhosis, autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) or blood system diseases (such as thrombocytopenic purpura, paroxysmal haemoglobinuria, etc.); 5. Patients who refuse to undergo examinations, tests or operations.
