Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Han women; 2) single pregnancy; 3) 24 weeks before the establishment of birth examination card; 4) can obtain the delivery outcome information; 5) age range: 18-50 years old; 6) have one or more of the following high-risk factors: first pregnancy, aged >= 40 years, pregnancy interval more than 10 years, body mass index >= 35 kg / m2, polycystic ovary syndrome, family history of PE, multiple pregnancy, women with kidney donation, 15 weeks of pregnancy The results showed that the average arterial pressure was higher than or equal to 4000g, the family history of coronary heart disease, and the current vaginal bleeding during pregnancy was more than 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pregnancy history of PE or hypertension, chronic kidney disease, chronic hypertension, diabetes (type 1 or 2), autoimmune diseases (including systemic lupus erythematosus or antiphospholipid syndrome), cancer or family history (cancer of first-degree relatives), and patients requiring long-term medication.
