Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; (2) Ages 40-80 years, regardless of gender; (3) Participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, spinal osteomyelitis, spinal fractures, cauda equina syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis; (2) Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases; (3) Pregnant and lactating women.
