Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for proximal hypospadias: (1) penis length 45 degrees; (3) penile head width < 0.6cm. 2. No complicated diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney or other important organs; 3. No intellectual problems, no diseases of the blood, immune system or endocrine system; 4. To have a full understanding of the purpose, value and significance of this study as well as possible dangerous situations, and to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone urethral reconstruction or circumcision; 2. Combined with other endocrine axis abnormalities, such as adrenal diseases (CAH, 17 enhancement enzyme deficiency, etc.) and pituitary dysfunction; 3. With known syndromal hypospadias, or a syndrome not clearly diagnosed but combined with multiple organ malformations in addition to hypospadias; 4. Patients who have received hormone therapy; 5. Karyotype was 46, XX.
