Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with lung cancer, esophageal cancer and mediastinal tumor confirmed histologically or cytologically; 2.Ages 18-75 years; 3.Quality of Life score (KPS score) >= 70; 4.The expected survival time is > more than 6 months; 5.1 second vital capacity (FEV1) predicted > 60%; 6.The patient gives informed consent to the treatment and various examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are distant organ metastases; 2. Patients had chest radiation therapy, chest surgery, or a history of severe cardiopulmonary disease before; 3. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 4. Refuse to cooperate with medical treatment and related examinations; 5. Other contraindications to radiotherapy.
