Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents joined the Shanghai Birth Cohort; 2. Offspring who have completed the four-year-old follow-up, or who will be 4-5 years old and go to Xinhua Hospital to participate in the 4-year-old follow-up during June 2020 and December 2021; 3. Have accurate mother peri-pregnancy (including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-delivery) data (including height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, OGTT and fasting blood lipids, etc.); 4. Children can cooperate with blood pressure measurement and color doppler echocardiography; 5. Parents sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: People lost to follow-up.
