Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Repeated urinary retention (cannot urinate or urinate twice after at least one tube pull); (2) repeated blood urination, 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor treatment is ineffective; (3) repeated urinary tract infection, and bladder nodes Stone; (4) secondary upper urinary tract water (accompanied or not accompanied by impaired kidney function), benign prostate patients combined with bladder large diverticulum, groin palate, severe hemorrhoids or loss; (5) B super-suggested prostate volume greater than 80 ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Qmax > 20 ml/s; (2) neurogenic bladder dysfunction; (3) a history of hypurological damage or those who have underwent prostate or urethra surgery; (4) known or confirmed to have combined bladder stones, tumors, or prostate cancer; and (5) known or surgically confirmed and postoperative concurrent urethra stenosis or bladder cramps.
