Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosised as CKD more than 3 months; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients who can live independently, without serious movement disorder and vision disorder; 4. Patients with clear thinking, answering questions, completing questionnaire questions, knowingly and voluntarily participating in the study and signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. With acute infectious diseases; 3. With malignant tumor; 4. With uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension emergency and severe complications; 5. Pregnant, breastfeeding, unwilling or unable to prevent pregnancy; 6. Patients with poor treatment and nursing intervention compliance and incomplete medical records.
