Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. They met the diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes mellitus; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. diagnosed GDM >= 4 weeks; 4. single pregnancy; 5. informed consent and voluntary participation; 6. complete cognitive and behavioral ability; 7. mobile phone and the ability to use wechat. 8. In our hospital and delivery, the medical history information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor; 2. patients with acute pregnancy complications; 3. patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid and other drugs affecting glucose metabolism one month before pregnancy; 4. patients with previous illness and severe mental retardation.
