18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged is over 18; 2. The gestational week is 32-36 weeks; 3. Primipara with singleton; 4. The pregnancy risk score is low risk; 5. Willing to give birth vaginally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with mental illness or impaired consciousness that cannot communicate effectively.
