Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild-moderate left-sided Ulcerative colitis; 2. Aged 17-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other type of UC; 2. severe UC; 3. patients with colectomy; 4. patients with complications of intestinal obstruction or intestinal perforation, etc. 5. patients who used enema or supporitory to treat UC in the past 1 month; 6. patients who joined other trials in the past 3 months.
