Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with sepsis according to the International Pediatric Sepsis Consensus Conference definition in 2005; 2. Patients who were hospitalized in PICU for more than 3 days; 3. Aged 29 days to 14 years; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had inherited metabolic diseases; 2. Patients who had acute leukemia and malignant tumors; 3. Patients who used glucocorticoid drugs and immunosuppressive drugs within three months.
