20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A married woman aged 20-40 years with 3 or more previous high quality embryo transfer cycles and an intimal thickness of not less than 8 mm at the day of intimal transition. (2) Regular menstruation, Body Mass Index (Bmi)20-28kg/M2, and basal sex hormone levels (FSH, LH, E2, t, PRL, etc.) were in the normal range. (3) Transvaginal ultrasound examination showed that the ovaries had no organic lesions and ovarian function was good (the number of Basal antral follicles in both ovaries was > 6). (4) There were 2 or more high quality embryos in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with uterine malformations, polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts, hydrosalpinx, pelvic tuberculosis, Adenomyosis, severe intrauterine adhesions and other diseases affecting embryo implantation. 2) History of other diseases or medical treatment within 3 months.
