Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with suspected prostate cancer who intend to have target prostate biopsy; 2) Patients with clear biopsy pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had a history of prostate surgery; 2) Patients who has received prostate disease-related treatment; 3) Patients who was intolerance to biopsy; 4) Patients with incomplete clinical or pathological data.
