18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after cardiac surgery; 2. Over 18 years of age; 3. No cardiac mechanical assistance (IABP,ECMO); 4. Patients with endotracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. COPD; 2. Asthma; 3. Pulmonary infection; 4. Untreated pneumothorax and massive pleural effusion; 5. History of cerebrovascular disease.
