Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first retrospective case-control study: Independent risk factors and efficacy evaluation of hospital-acquired meningitis due to CR-GNB. Case group inclusion criteria: meet all of the following criteria: 1. Aged >=16 years man and woman; 2. Inpatients at Huashan Hospital from January 2004 to December 2019; 3. Cerebrospinal fluid specimen isolated to CR-GNB; 4. CR-GNB infection is hospital-acquired. Control group inclusion criteria: patients with hospital-acquired meningitis whose cerebrospinal fluid specimens were isolated to CS-GNB, and other inclusion criteria were the same as the case group. The second retrospective case-control study: independent risk factors and efficacy evaluation of CRAB hospital-acquired meningitis, comparison of various antimicrobial treatment regimens for CRAB meningitis. Patients with meningitis in which the isolate strain was CRAB were included in the case group of the first study as the case group of the second study. Patients with meningitis in the control group of the first study in which the strain was isolated as CSAB were included as the control group of the second study. The third retrospective case-control study: Evaluation of independent risk factors and efficacy of CRE hospital-acquired meningitis, comparison of various antimicrobial treatment regimens for CRE meningitis. Patients with meningitis with isolated strains of CRE in the case group of the first study were listed as the case group of the third study. Patients with meningitis in which the isolated strain was CSE were included in the control group of the first study and were included in the control group of the third study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: First retrospective case-control study: Independent risk factors and outcome evaluation of hospital-acquired meningitis due to CR-GNB. Case group exclusion criteria: any of the following exclusion criteria are met: 1. Patients with incomplete or missing medical history; 2. Outpatients. Control group exclusion criteria: same as case group. Second retrospective case-control study: Evaluation of independent risk factors and efficacy of CRAB hospital-acquired meningitis, comparison of various antimicrobial treatment regimens for meningitis at CRAB.
