Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 75 years; 2. ECOG <= 2; 3. The expected survival time is more than 3 months; 4. Confirmed by histology as gastric adenocarcinoma, and there was no history of resection of primary or metastatic foci. 5. Limited peritoneum implantation (involving peritoneum < 2 areas); 6. PCI <= 5, ascites <= 100ml, no distant metastasis and extra regional lymph node metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, can not tolerate surgery and chemotherapy; 2. Patients with perforation, obstruction and massive hemorrhage need emergency operation; 3. Clear allergy to related drugs; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Central system disorders and mental disorders that hinder the signing of informed consent and treatment compliance.
