Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases diagnosed as abdominal scar after cesarean section, aged 18 -50 years old female; 2. Cesarean section was performed in our center, and transverse incision of lower abdomen was taken, and the admission time was <= 42 days after operation; 3. No known history of scar hyperplasia or keloid; 4. Never received other scar treatment measures; 5. The patients in the group fully understand that this is a clinical experiment and voluntarily sign an informed consent form, so as to cooperate with the follow-up visit within the specified time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to laser; 2. Patients who have a history of allergy to any components in the drugs to be used for external use; 3. Ulcer, infection and eczema were found locally in the lesions. 4. Received other clinical trials in recent three months; 6. According to the researcher's judgment, the subjects are untrustworthy or have poor compliance.
